1、Research international and domestic electroacoustic performance testing standards (e.g., ITU, ETSI);
2、Develop electroacoustic performance test plans, conduct electroacoustic performance testing and optimization for equipment;
3、Conduct research on audio and speech signal processing algorithms, such as filtering, noise reduction, speech quality assessment, etc.;
4、Implement algorithms in code;
5、Communicate requirements with product managers;
6、Collaborate with team members to complete software development.
1、Master’s degree or above, majoring in signal processing; fresh graduates are welcome;
2、Familiar with research on audio/speech signal processing algorithms;
3、Basic development experience with MATLAB or Python;
4、Able to independently implement specific algorithms in code;
5、Excellent English reading skills;
6、Candidates with relevant work experience will be given priority.
